The short version
ONSITE NOW lets people share live reports from places they're physically at. It's free to use. Post honestly, be decent to others, and don't post anything abusive, illegal, or that isn't yours to share. There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users — we remove them. You can report or block anyone, and you can delete your account any time.
These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and ONSITE NOW ("we"). By creating an account or using the ONSITE NOW app or website, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use ONSITE NOW.
You must be at least 13 years old to use ONSITE NOW. By using it you confirm that you are, and that the information you give us is accurate. You're responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your login details to yourself.
ONSITE NOW shows what's happening at real places, right now, reported by people who are actually there. To post at a place, your device confirms you're nearby at that moment. Don't try to fake your location or post about a place you're not at — it breaks the one thing the app is for.
You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and distribute that content within ONSITE NOW so the app can function — for example, showing your report in the feed, on a place page, and on your profile. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies already shared with others or kept in routine backups for a short time.
You are responsible for what you post, and you confirm you have the right to post it. Remember that your reports, replies, votes, username, and any photos or videos you attach are public.
To keep ONSITE NOW usable for everyone, you agree not to post, and not to use ONSITE NOW to share, anything that is:
We do not tolerate objectionable content or abusive users. Content that breaks these rules will be removed, and accounts that break them can be suspended or deleted without notice.
Every post has a report option, and you can block any user from their post or profile — blocking hides their content from you and yours from them. We review reports and act on violations, aiming to remove flagged objectionable content and take action against the user within 24 hours. To flag something directly, email pascalspagna@gmail.com.
ONSITE NOW is free to use. There are no paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases. If we ever add paid options in the future, we'll make the price and terms clear before you buy anything, and using ONSITE NOW will always be optional.
We may remove content or limit or end access to ONSITE NOW for anyone who breaks these terms or misuses the service. You can delete any of your own posts, and you can delete your entire account at any time from the account menu on your profile — it permanently removes your profile, posts, replies, votes, and uploads.
We work to keep ONSITE NOW accurate and available, but reports are written by other people and we can't guarantee they're correct, complete, or up to date. ONSITE NOW is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Don't rely on it for decisions where being wrong could harm you.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, ONSITE NOW is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, or from content posted by others.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we'll change the date at the top, and we'll let you know in the app if the change is significant. Continuing to use ONSITE NOW after a change means you accept the updated terms.
